Photoshoppers....

Married in it :) I live just a few hundred yards from there.

Really?! Did you see a load of students come visiting recently? I'm doing a masters in Historic Building Conservation at Kingston Uni, we're putting together an accessability plan for it. Also looking at resurfacing the paths, new lighting, doors etc as they want to make it more inclusive for disabled or less able bodied users.

The Parish Coucil are going to look at our work and the ideas we've come up with and hopefully carry some of them out. I'll keep you posted in here.

Thames Ditton is lovely wouldn't mind living there one day, good bacon sarnie in the cafe too....

I've been here for about 9 years now, I love the area. It's certainly home. The paths are pretty poor and it is used by a lot of people cutting through, sounds like a worthy project.

It does need some work but thats where the problem is...do you make changes and damage the history of the building for a fairly small number of people or leave it as is and cater for even less people. All of the options have costs associated with them that have to be beared in mind. All good fun in 3000 words!

Please don't make changes for the sake of a couple of people! As much as I have no time for god and his cronies it is a lovely old building. I own a piece of original art which shows a naked eve masturbating in the graveyard in front of the church!
