Raleigh Chopper bike, I had one as a kid and it was my first bike after learning to ride a bike. As everyone knows it was most known for it's handling and safety issues but even still I bloody loved it
As far as I know, they were originally a means of easily underclocking a CPU in order to run older software that was designed for a much older CPU and relied on it for timing. It's just that calling the normal speed 'turbo' was better advertising than calling the underclocked speed...something.
You could play some games with "turbo" off to makle them easier.![]()

BT Phonecards where you could dial a number, enter a code and it would connect you to a specific pre-programmed number. Basically given to kids so they could phone home from a phonebox even if they had no money. No idea if they are still around but I haven't seen one in years.
