Western Digital TV Live Streaming - No iplayer?

iPlayer is on mine and has been since I bought it about 6 months ago.
My only issue with iPlayer is when I pause it to say go for a wee or something and then you unpause it, it takes you back to the iplayer menu. Very frustrating and no idea how or who to complain to.

I've gone to where it says all service's and it's not there.
24 services in total.Netflix is there.
Made sure my location is UK aswell. PITA!

edit - guys can you check your box for the model number - mine is WDBGXT0000NBK-UESN

Did that - made no difference. Seems it WD's end for not realising what country I'm in and unlocking iplayer. Will give it a few days.
I'm not fully sure but I think HD videos looked better played through the PS3 compared to this WDTV Live.
They didn't, You just ain't happy with the product now as iplayer isn't working. Pretty sure someone else on this forum had the same issue late last year.
