Recommend some US comedy for me...

If you can find it, try out "Better Off Ted" - just aired for one or two seasons I think but I love it!

It's a bit strange but that's what sets it apart imo!

I think they had the entire series on a new Fox channel on Sky yesterday so I wouldn't be surprised if it is repeated soon!

Better Off Ted was absolute genius - ran for 2 seasons.

I think FX or Sky 2/3 rerun it every now and then.

Also, Archer and Don't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23. Both much funnier than trailers would suggest, mainly because there is some very wrong humour in both :D

Pretty much my opinion too, watched the first season and thought meh awful and not funny at all.

Kat Dennings is about the only saviour of that show due to her awesome rack but i say this categorically...she is not funny in the slightest, when she opens her gob and starts to speak, thats when things go from bad to worse:p. Dont know what it is about her and her acting but she just is not funny. In fact the tall blonde one is more funnier than her and Stiflers mum is about the only other saving grace of this terrible US comedy.

Saying that the only other US comedy i like alongside Big Bang Theory is Modern Family. Even BBT to an extent is starting to wear thin on me, probably because Penny now has this stupid expression of her pouting and it looks retarded, she was much better when she first started the series.

Best show currently on TV.

Also the League is really good, well worth the watch.

I hate that pout, coupled with her stupid eyebrows. You didn't notice it in the first season as she had a fringe covering the eyebrows, no she is consta-duckfacing.

That said, she has had much better lines these past few seasons.
 
Happy Endings is probably what you're after based on your like list. It's the Friends/HIMYM formula moved to Chicago but the writing and characters are pretty decent.

Also try Perfect Couples which made me laugh but got scrapped after one season.
