Not really, but pretty fast is relative to the conditions isn't it.
Last night I was driving along the M6 and there was a good old blanket of snow covering all three lanes. Grip level very poor indeed, spinning 5th just by breathing on the throttle, no chance of braking whatsoever. There were plenty of brain dead idiots tearing along at 70 or 80 mph still and with almost no gap. I'm astounded I didn't arrive at a pile up tbh. Seems like the average driver can't comprehend the fact that snow is extremely slippery and that driving along at your usual dry weather speed is fraught with danger.
