Not as loose as people think apparently. Sure the masses of fire fights etc are made up but the politics, bootlegging, gambling and other such shady stuff he had setup was his thing, making Atlantic City a shady and seedy getaway.

Well there is no evidence to suggest that Nucky Johnson ever killed anyone or had henchmen willing to kill on his orders like his HBO counterpart.

Of course the bootlegging, gambling and political corruption part is true and hence why in the first series of BE the on-screen Nucky was quite close to the real life one. But now they've made the fictional one "full gangster" he's moving away from the historical figure.
 
What about elephant man avatars? You could have different poses to denote different ranks, ie

I think having these avatars would really set ocuk apart as a forward thinking hardware distributor with plans to dominate the pc hardware sector.
