Htpc & gaming card recommendation

I'm after a graphics card for my htpc. I have a few requirements:

  1. Quiet
  2. Works with a 400 watt PSU might upgrade to higher if card is worth it
  3. Less than £110

I'm wanting to play Diablo III at reasonable pace, but don't want anything too noisy when idle as it will ruin the htpc side of things.

Considering either ati 7750 or nvidia 650 but not sure as its been few years without a gaming card and that was a 4870.

Any recommendations appreciated.
 
Depending on the case size, PSU quality and CPU.

A full size card I would suggest stretching your budget to £150 to get a 7850 2GB (if you got a slower CPU though, then it might be worth looking for 2nd hand 6850 for around £50-£60), but if your HTPC is a case that would only take low-profile/half-height card, then low profile 7750 is your best bet as it is the fastest low-profile card.

Just like how mine is now. Just fancy the odd game to play nothing to excessive. Hence why thought if the ati 77xx or nvidia gx 650 or gx 650 ti.
