Yup, as has been said already it's either a paid job or you'll have to learn to do it yourself as that's going to be a lot more manual work than most people will do for free 
At it's core all you do is select each piece to be coloured individually with the lasso tool etc. and create a named layer which you then colour and use a layer blend to get the detail through.
When you have enough base colours then you add details to the colour over the top.
Basic workflow, but no way to automate it unfortunately.
