I've been "a bit bunged up" this past week - I've been against a pretty tight deadline since Christmas so I've been working long hours and stuffing my face with far too much junk food (pizzas, chicken burgers, sausages - quick and easy oven food really). Senokot seemed like the obvious solution, but it didn't seem to be having much effect. I took one on Saturday and Sunday and there was "no movement". So I took another last night, after polishing off a generous round of spicy fajitas.

Yeah... The results were unpleasant in the extreme. As it turns out, Senokot doesn't do much for the existing "blockage", it just turns the following material to water. Think of a champagne cork backed by firey Mexican hell-water.

What can I say - it seemed like a good idea at the time. It wasn't.
