what do you guys think

It's up to you then, I'm far from the most knowledgeable person here though so wait on other people to guide you.

Of the 3, this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BG-256-MS is the middle ground for power but is the only one which boasts:

All Solid Capacitors
- 10 years ultra-long lifespan

so in my opinion, i'd grad that, benchmark and put it under heavy load for a week or so to see if it's gonna become faulty, and give it some real stress testing for the first 90 days and if it breaks, which it shouldn't, get it fixed with your warranty. If it's ever gonna break down before it should, that's how you'll find out, and if it holds up well and doesn't then you may have a card that'll last 10 years. :D

Does overclocking void your warranty with OcUK? You could test it even further if not.

The MSI 7870 Hawk is an excellent card and the best out of those three. A friend of mine bought one recently and I was surprised at how well it performed. The temps were amazing as well, no higher than 50c after about 2 hours gaming.

im useing an i5 3570k at stock att the momment and for res probs will run 1920x1080

Assuming you have adequate cooling, overclock it to something like 4ghz while keeping an eye on the temps. If things are sweet, then try pushing it a little more to find a happy balance.
