1440p @ 120hz

Yeah I left it a day late to order from Overlord, they would have been my preferred supplier but say no more stock until end of February (at least) and with Chinese New Year looming I suspect it could be even longer :(

120hz.net looks more expensive and I'm hesitating again, so will probably miss that window of opportunity too LOL :rolleyes:

Yeah I know what you mean. I was lucky and got in on the original Overlord pre-order. If I'd missed out I'd still be in the market for a screen, but USD719 is not something to blow without thinking
 
Ugh I bit the bullet and ordered from 120hz.net. Now I'm trembling in trepidation (buyer's remorse even before I've received the goods) LOL. Oh well, 1st World problems I guess (but yeah, 700+ bucks is a lot to me)... :eek:

I just don't think I could wait 'til September (if indeed it is that long); my old TN screen is several years old and wasn't that much cop when it was new tbh...
 
Very nice! Low expectations are good. That way, the only surprises should be good ones. I guess we'll be seeing you around the 120Hz.net forums more and more eh? :)

I've lurked around there for quite a while :D

Yeah hopefully I'll not be posting about problems etc (ever the optimist LOL).

Have to say both 120hz and Overlord seem like great communities and I've learned a lot from both I think (and you contribute to that a great deal Mr Octagon so thanks for that)! :)
