Barcelona - wonderful, just watch out for the bag snatchers, pickpockets, thieves, muggers and drive by robbers. You can get to the city centre from the airport by public transport, so you won't get ripped off by unscrupulous taxi drivers which I've read happens in places like Prague.

I didn't like Berlin.

Rome? If you've seen one pile of rocks you've seen them all.

I'm a big fan of Kiev (going next Sat). You can get an early Friday/Saturday flight from Luton and returning on a Sunday for £80 from WizzAir.

You can see the most of the city in one long day if you want, also great bars/restaurants/pubs.

If going to Krakow - stay at the Pink Panther Hostel - amazing staff, best hostel we stayed in all of the time we were travelling Europe!
