The PC is needed to replace an old PC at my friend's work, he asked me for one, it's for Sage and HMRC. Is this the best value I can do? I'm open and very grateful for any suggestions :)

You could go lower with the CPU. The G620 is a great chip for about £15 less, and you could even go down to a celeron if you really want to save money.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind, I wasn't sure about the Sandybridge Pentium/Celerons. I think I'll use the G620 :)
