Was looking for this the other day, couldn't work out why they had GTA III and SA, but not the best of the PS2 bunch.

Good good, its still the best GTA!

I am so torn over that series it's unreal, every time I say one of the games is my favourite in the series I instantly change my mind to one of the others. III, VC and SA are three of the best games ever made and I'm not going to bother trying to pick between them. :D

Will this be like the PS2 HD classics or just a digital version of the original PS2 game?

I didn't even know GTA3 and SA were there tbh, so I might have a look on the store later!

Just digital version of the original PS2 game, it's not an HD upgrade or anything so there won't be any trophies or anything like that either. It's less hassle than using one of those third party programs to properly set up a PS3 pad for Steam games though, but I'm guessing the graphics won't be as crisp as the PC version either so I'd still say the PC version is the one to go for.

graphics arnt everything :) and in this instance i'll take the ps3 pad anyday for this one .. the pc version isnt anything special

its stuck at 800 x 600 isnt it ?

Are you thinking of the issue whereby people launched the game first and then tried changing the resolution during gameplay, only to find it "locked" at 640x480? If so that's because you need to change the resolution in the options menu before starting a game.

I'll probably be doing the same at some point, playing through VC on my Note II at the moment and the amount of times I've died due to the retarded touchscreen controls... :p
