Speak to the management team rather than whine about it and try and find a way of excusing yourself from getting to work.
Don't expect a warehouse to be warm.
If you're having to carry boxes up the stairs then you'll warm up.
If you've spoken to management, and they've done nothing, either look for something else, and find another job, or quit. However, I'd find out first whether or not any repairs have been booked - if they have then why not be pro-active, chase it up on behalf of the management team? Why not deal with the people that can directly affect the situation?
I'm sorry for not being more supportive, but complaining about a few trivial issues like this on a forum is just pointless - unless you just wanted to vent/rant, in which case I totally understand the frustration of needing a rant from time to time.
I know it's not the "dream" job - but you're employed and it'll be easier to find something else when you have more to show for your current situation, and your predicaments aren't exactly a big deal.
