Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I think you and Delvis were separated at birth. It's too much of a coincidence that you post in exactly the same way.

You can complain about these types of things when you start lifting ;)

4kg whey.
6kg oats (two for a friend)
1kg create your own.
caffeine
pre workout/fat burner
vitamins ( hopefully better than the multi's i got from lidl :D)

Happy with new diet(lifestyle change)so far. Dropped another 1% body fat.
These should help me along the way.Especially the oats as i'm trying to cut carbs especially breads/pasta etc. 100g a day post workout should keep me sane.

What's n the ore-workout/fat burner? I ask because I haven't seen one that ether:

a) has any sense behind it or
B) works.

Most of them contain precursors for lipolytic breakdown cycles that are not rate limiting (i.e. don't do anything). Whilst I know you want to cut down, I think the only real option is lifestyle and hard work, really. ;)

Its just a mix of caffeine, l-carnitine, green tea xtract, l-tyrosine and other stuff.
Tbh i bought it more for the pre workout side of things, Although it is promoted as both.

Guys, on my TPW dextrose bag the pinch ziplocky thingy (what ever they're called) has actually come away from the bag at a couple of points, any recommendations on what I can transfer it into?
