DmC Devil may Cry another console port.

So is anyone having trouble playing this with a controller? I've got an xbox 360 controller setup through the wireless receiver. No issues with any other games but the analogue sticks simply won't work.

I've tried the usual emulator drivers etc but it seems people on the steam forums are just plucking at straws! :(

Works fine for me using the official adapter and drivers from ms. Is yours a knockoff adapter I read about analogue issues with some of them. ?

I believe the wireless adapter is a knockoff but I've also tried with an official wired controller with exactly the same problem. Anything changed from Windows 7 to 8? That's the only thing I can put it down to. I've tried uninstalling the wireless adapter too and unplugging it whilst using the official wired one but still no luck

It's only actual in-game play that doesn't allow the analogue sticks to work by the way, the menus work fine with them.

Awesome game!!!! 5 hours play time, getting about 1/3 of the hidden treasures in each level. Will go back and get them later.

On mission 13 now. Not as much variation as DMC 4 sadly... Each level 'feels' the same, no as much wondering around as DMC 4 which I enjoyed. This one is cut scene, fight, cut scene, fight.

You done the music level yet? I can't remember, might be mission 14.

Just start DMC3, then I'll do 4.

Nope, not done the music one yet. I like the art style, the vivid and wacky world compared to the normal world.

Think I'll give this a go, PURELY based on the fact Noisia produced the soundtrack for it! Given it a listen and it is siiiiiCK!

Played the XBOX demo a while ago and was suitably impressed. For £11 its hard to think of reasons not to pick it up...

Ive seriously got no idea what its all about, but like many at £11 its hard to pass up on a quality made game, runs like a dream and looks good to boot, even if it mind boggling as to what is going on lol.

Completed it last night at about the 10hour mark on hard. Better than expected graphics and animation, combat was fun but not the best of its ilk that award still goes to Bayonetta imo. Characters and story while predictable was far less Meh than DMC3/4 (4 being a joke to me all over)

7.5/8 out of 10 for me well worth the £23 I paid for a retail copy (activates on steam) considering the fun I had

This, definitely this.

I wasn't going to buy into the reboot but after hearing from Noisia that they were going to be producing the soundtrack I was immediately interested.

I'll admit I bought the game solely for Noisia, can't wait to get home and play it tonight.

Steal for £11 too.

Been hearing very good reports of very good performance, solid 60fps for many even with semi decent rigs.

Apparently the developers wanted 60fps for PC as consoles to enable the lighting the game uses needed to be locked down to 30fps, so if you want this game, its one of those cases where PC is the one to get...

DMC 4 to me got boring but for £11 and considering its been ported well I'll take a punt on this.
