Swap Sess (5 star weak foot) and Cazorla around. It's one of those formations that seems good for a while but you'll soon get sick of it, the CAM's sit far too wide

generally I want the CAM's to be as fast as possible and a left footed one on the left and a right footed on the right. or i make them both right footed and cut in on the left and shoot.

i think johnson is better than walker, walker only has pace, johnson has much better ball control, passing, for only sacrificing 4 pace, he is still really fast at 87 pace but i feel a much solid player overall.

fellaini instead of parker or even toure if you can afford.

the best team for 4222 is Brazil though, simply because Lucas at 92 Pace CAM, rapes everyone up the right wing, crossing it into Welliton far post to head it in, they also have another 90 pace CAM who is only 75/76 rated who can be used on the other side. or you can use Ramires at CAM or CDM. Dede and Luiz at CB or Dede and Santana with IF Luiz at CDM.

so many more possibilites with Brazil, with EPL your limited in that formation imo for quality anyway.
 
I was on the cusp of winning the season Div 2 for 10,000 early yesterday and played a guy and got disconnected 1 nil down early 2nd half.....i thought oh well i will have 8,500 coins its ok....no ....no it wasnt ok was it.....no i lost everything and had to start the division again!!!!!!

Oh which also meant that i didnt have any money to spend on contracts or fitness which meant i had to sell 4 players which meant that everything i worked for went down the pan!

Sorry rant over but EA really this is poor!

Also why the hell when i buy stuff cant i use them straight away instead of having the "auction house busy" all the god damn time!
 
4222 experiment lasted all of 1 game:p

I won but it was painful.

Once again Andy you are correct , Cam's sit far to wide and end up defending all the time.

You may as well play 451 IMO back to the drawing board

What do I know, I'm in the worse form of my life, everyone is beating me, I can't find any formation I'm consistent with, I think over this weekend I've tried 41212, 352, 4231, 4321, 3412. I'm not even getting beat by good players, I'm just absolutely woeful. Might need to give FIFA a break and come back with a fresh perspective.
 
Thanks for the coins Andybtsn. I'm gonna use the coins for the following in this order:

1. Buy Gold contracts for those players who's contracts show less than 3 games remaining
2. Buy loads of Silver fitness cards
3. Maybe buy a better manager? Not sure how this will affect my team though
4. Look for a really good RM and ST

Anything else I should be doing?

We are due another game then :p

I swear blind FIFA does this makes your players not make the tackle the rebound to go to the other team!

Last night I hit the post 4 times, then from a corner I swung it in hit their player on the head bounced off his keeper then hit his defender and trickled in. 2 minutes later exactly same thing happens at my end :confused:

Me and the guy discussed it and laughed it off. FIFA can be stupid sometimes:o

Pretty much how I feel, I just feel I get beaten by the game rather than the players - its kinda laughable how obvious most of their gameplay is...

As Ive said to Tim on many occasions the changes to FUT13 have really affected my gameplay as anything resembling a decent passing game has been either neutered by first touch or completely ignored because of overly accurate long chip balls you can play.

I can see how to change it to win, but refuse to do that as it will drain any fun out of the game.
