The H100i is a lot better as the price would suggest but a £50-60 dual tower heatsink would also be much better with less noise than both the 212 or the H100i, and be more reliable than the latter for half its price.
Of course, but £100 worth? Not for me. These temps are reasonable, you could probably get slightly better results with a dual tower cooler without having to spend a fortune (K2 Mount Doom, Phanteks, SilverArrow, Dark Rock Pro 2, that sort of beast). Would maybe get around high 60's.
Either way, your temps aren't in any kind of 'danger zone'. If you want to upgrade, do it to lower noise if it's a problem
The H100 won't solve that. A big air cooler will as you can run fans at lower speeds.
