I bought this blind as one of my mates said it was--and I quote--"100000% times better than DMC4". I bought it for £24 off GMG using a 25% off code because I didn't realise you could buy it from some shady Russian key site for £11, but whatever.
Although I'm looking forward to trying the game (need to finish something else off first), I'm skeptical because of how much I disliked DMC4. I stopped playing it after an hour or so because the controls and camera were complete ****. I hope DmC has improved upon those aspects.

I've recently started 3 since completing this and the camera is horrendous, don't think I had an issue once in DmC with it.
Yep it runs lovely and smooth on my Dell XPS 17 laptop.
The graphics are really good, specially when you're in Limbo. Best £11 I spent, really enjoying it.
Getting 90+FPS solid at 1080p max settings on a 5870.
On the little amount I've played three I'd say yes, but then again half the battle is with the camera in that game so far I've found.
Difficulty doesn't really matter when the game is as fun as it is, and I'm sure you won't blitz through the unlockable modes quickly.
Never had an issue with camera in the previous ones, did you try keyboard or a gamepad? I don't think any of the DmC games were built with KB+M in mind. 4 is a treat on a 360 controller. Good to see DmC has followed its example with optimization, benched 300+fps on DmC4. 
Already booked tickets to see them in Brighton in April.

3 has crappy camera, no native controller support for anything like 360 pad but did get it working.
Cant comment on 4, not on it yet
Unless it was badly ported off the PS2, DMC3 is fine, I can't at all remember a bad camera.
Seen tons of reviews on this, think I'm gonna have to take a plunge. Even if it is a lot easier and accessible and the story's gone gay now, it's still supposed to be a challenge and for £11, who can complain?

Was not going to buy this as Capcom have gone downhill a lot in the last year due to management changes & firing key designers but caved & got the retail version from shopto.net.....
Glad I did as Ninja Theory have created possibly the most stunning looking Unreal Engine game ever made
as well as the best DMC title no wonder Capcom gave them almost 3 years to make this & delayed a few times its certainly a very good hack n slash
Some of those filters used in the game engine produce stunning environmental FX & give new life to the ageing Unreal Engine

I hate it now I'm trying to kill the end of nightclub boss. 5 attempts and I have given up for a while.
I hate it when games get really hard all of a sudden.. Need to sort my tactics, it does not help I have no health potions or resurection thingys...

Use demon evade, it's stupidly powerful.
Just checked the leaderboards as I'm retrying the first mission to get a high rank. It's pointless, so many hackers there is no point trying to breach top 100. What a complete joke, I seriously would just love to be able to click my fingers and have every leaderboard hacker worldwide instantly put down, complete wasters.

People really hacking for that already?
I got top 50 in one of the missions I think, was pretty pleased, just blasting through it. Helps a ridiculous amount collecting everything.
Demon Evade sounds good which one is that... So many things go on I have trouble keeping up with where I am half the time let alone what moves I'm pulling....
Still love this game but I need a setting around 2 below easy...
It's in abilities, where you press both RT and RB to dodge and if you time it right you go into kinda semi-devil trigger and your moves do more damage and a few have different animations I think.

Nephilim seems way too easy. Yeah quite a few are, thankfully though after looking into the leaderboards quite abit it looks like theres a good system in place for points. Some legit players are mixed in with the hackers who have 999,999,999 style.
