Graphics Card Advice £150 Budget (£180 at a Push)

Hi Guys,

I'm in the market for a graphics upgrade and I was after a little advice. Basically I've a budget of £150 to £180, and I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on what would be the best bet for that money.

In terms of requirements, I'd like to ultimately sell my PS3 (and not buy a PS4 later in the year!) and do all of my gaming on the PC. I enjoy FPSs like BF3 and Far Cry 3 as well as RPSs and Strategy Games.

Any help would be really appreciated,

One more quick question; at the moment I've got XFX 550w power supply. Do you think that'll be enough bearing in mind I'll probably try and over clock at some point?
