Old Car dead

Has anyone ever come across finding an old car they owned written off?

I just found my old Audi A8 on ebay forsale as a CAT C, quite sad as it was a good car apart from the odd electrical gremlin.

it never had them crap wheels on it when I owned it, also it looks like who ever was driving it ended up on the wrong side of the road and bam went into that truck.

I don't think its anything to do with what the guy sells but nearly any car you see, if it's wheels are painted black you can guarantee the owner is a chav of the highest possible order

I know it's a very hard thing to speculate but I have a feeling it was a setup, the last owner who had it was trying to flog the car last month on ebay for around £4.5k if I recall and no one purchased it then. He reckoned the car was too big for what he needed?? Why would you even bother buying it then? you would probably need balls of steel to set that up tho for the intentional crash for cash scenario tho.

I know it's a vauge picture as you can see what looks like a slight bend from the direction the audi was comming from. Either goin too quick around that bend or £££ came up. That seller is the scrap merchant from what I can tell

Yer them scanias seem to be built like tanks.

Not quite the same, but I sold my old E36 325i to someone at work and had to slowly watch it be mutilated, crashed and finally scrapped

sad none the less, you look after your car and hope the next owner will do the same and they just let it go to the ground.

My old fiesta S874 CFE appears to be dead.

Shame as it was an absolute minter when sold and was in allround fantastic condition.
Sold it for 1k in September 2010.
Which at the time was a weighty premium for a 1.25 zetec on an s plate
