I would suspect it would be on airbags.

Almost definitely, but the size of the ones in England, no chance.

Airbags would be able to raise it up to a normal ride height. It will be as capable of going over bumps as any other car, and quite likely in more comfort than many.

Fair enough. I did see a car, even at max ride height, smack the front coming down the other side of the bump. But then again, the bumps near me are done with the greatest of precision.
