just found out in last 9 days i've got a £135 bill, and it'll only get worse as i've got to last until 02/02 before my usage gets reset.
i've got a 300 minut, plus 500 tmobile minutes plan, which i've apparently gone over, though counting them it doesn't seem to add up any where near 300 as there is just random 30 second calls going on.
any way the issue then comes that i divert my calls to a custom voicemail program for android, which means if i can't answer, the second i hang up even if the customer doesn't leave a voicemail and only connects for a split second i get charged as though it's a minute, and checking i have plenty 1 second phone calls, racking the bill up.
anyone had any hope getting this back? i just took this contract which is £8 p/ and it's going to cost me more for this one bill then over the whole contract.
tmobile were useless, literally offered no suggestion on how to deal with this, not even to increase my tariff. wasn't going to renew with them from last contract as they are a un-understanding company, but stupidly renewed as £8p/m was a good deal and meant no porting numbers, however to charge me 40p for 1 second, and over and over, and to offer no solution, and then i get cut off twice whilst talking to them as reception is pants makes me so annoyed i've stuck with this company.
