Just to clarify guys, my weekend bike is a 20/20 spoke count and my regular commuter is a 32/32.

The interesting thing is my 32/32 wheels feel more flexy and I've broken spokes on the rear wheel 4 or 5 times now, but the 20/20 wheelset haven't missed a beat or snapped any spokes despite being ridden faster and harder in the corners.

Quality over quantity I'd assume?

On another note FFWD say their carbon wheelsets are good for 100kg riders (F4R, F6R etc) but recomend their "control" wheelsets for heavier riders (F6C, F8C etc rather than F6R)

very much so

Right! We (myself and some mates) have pretty much decided to go to Majorca and to either take our bikes or hire when we get there.

It's not really a cycling related question but have any of you guys stayed around the Alcudia/Puerto Pollensa area and can recommend a hotel?

Getting really excited for this. Just reading some of the info on cycling in Majorca is getting me giddy :p

Didn't even realise 2013 challenges had been created for Endomondo, joined them just need to actually get out now.

Local cycling club has a reliability ride on Sunday, tempted but its 113km so might be a bit much for me at the moment.

Oh no, not another one in the same club as me, that makes 3 of us now :D

Yep High Wycombe mate, that would have been a good laugh. We actually bumped into a massive ride, a reliability ride or something from Team Quest who are a shop in Harrow? anyway must have been a good 100 people out, me and my mate took it as a challenge, waited for them all to pass then worked our way up to the front group, was good fun then as we had never ridden with a group with more than 3 in it before :D We are very much interested in joining a cycling club now

never heard of them, we ride in oxfordshire (as we start in Thame, but another "faster" group, starts in High Wycombe) they ride out 3 times a week, i go twice a week due to working 5 days a week

Wind + 12kg Trek = epic workout. Commute is immense wind is 30-50mph in Brizzle and looks like it will be windier tomorrow :)

lol

yeah was fun today riding in a group, ended up taking up the front most of the time, and its a big difference riding at the front into a head wind !

Wife might be out tomorrow evening. Since the snow melted I've had a big push. 28 on mon, 31 last night, need 24 to get to 200. Given that I barely ever even cycle consecutive days to begin with, I'm finding it quite hard work! You were saying yesterday about how your average speed had been "only" 16mph but my goal yesterday was just to keep my average above 15, never mind any faster!
