Mic muted or accident?

I've watched it a couple of times and could almost see it both ways.

because he clearly says "What are you frightened of". You don't need to be a lip reader to see that.

Edit: just seen someone claiming to be a lip reader above saying 'afraid of', still looks more like 'frightened of' to me (which is also backed up by Parliament).
Edit #2: Just realised it was Jason2 claiming to a lip reader. I definitely think it's 'what are you frightened of' now
