You may get quite a few replies with "it's just a pen so get her a biro" but if this is what she would like, it might be better if she actually tried different pens out in a store or something. Everyone has their own writing style.

Or just pop into a few stationary places or wherever it is that sell decent pens and ask them for advice.

Good luck with this, being left handed myself i've yet to find a pen that doesnt smudge when i write (that may be because i'm a cack handed idiot though). If you do find one please keep us updated.

The reason I asked is because I don't wanna get just a pen. I wanna find something different.... but still a pen

Sadly, a fountain pen (IMHO the best choice) is out of the question then. You can get a nice rollerball or ballpoint for her. It's basically a nice 'jacket' on a pretty much bog standard 10p refill.

Mont Blanc are the obvious choice but do they have a left handed choice?
having now done some research there is apparently a fountain pen by Pelikan that also has a ball point in the nib to control the ink that is usable for left handers. I shall investigate further.

I bought the missus a Lamy pico on the basis that I like Lamy ballpoints and it looked handbag-friendly. Seems to like it.
