£500 iRacing rig ideas

Im building a new rig for iRacing on a limited budget of £500 (Not including case, HDD's etc) and im thinking of going the AMD route as below, any one any more choice etc please? -

Maybe spend little more and get 3570k.. It is better performer in games.
