How is that expensive? Its cheap for a new release and its not a indie game, kalypso being a established publisher who have put their name on many famous game franchises.

I was wondering that myself. 25 quid isn't expensive for a new game.

it's basically a simplified tropico with a dodgy turn based combat mini game now and again. I haven't got far, but if it stays the same I probably wont bother finishing it. Maps are quite pretty, though and I love the rain effects, they've managed to create a nice atmosphere. Definately one of those that will be a fiver on steam in a few weeks

Game looks great... plays like crap. and so much wasted potential its beyond a joke...

its a jumped up tutorial with no hostile AI worth talking about and the depth of a shallow kiddies pool that makes games like Skyrim seem like the matrix in comparison.

yeah I thought id give the demo a go anyway, didn't challenge me in the slightest and utterley boring gameplay

Okay, its based on the Tropico 3 engine, but I think the graphics are good. The management gameplay is easy to master but I found the turn based combat a little more trickier... its not fantastic but I'm enjoying it
