Went to UWE quiet a few years ago now, there were a few concerts every now and then that my house mates went to (tagged along to a few). Depends what you like, we mostly went to metal things but I am sure there are more.. "conventional" things there too. Its a nice small town to go to uni at. No rush or anything like London or Hong Kong are.

Just to elaborate on this, there is a huge music scene which will accomodate for many a taste!

If it's DnB/Rave/House etc, there are plenty of nights and events on which I've found in particular UWE students seem to attend in their droves. Had many a good night with an American friend who was there for 2 years.

He returns in September for his final year, many more to be had!
