Hi, I'm looking for a new 22-24" monitor to replace my Dell 2209WA. Only real reason for changing is the fact that the Dell has an incredibly annoying high pitched "eeeee" sound coming from it, on anything but 100% brightness. Issue being that 100% brightness burns your retinas out

So any recommendations? Preferably the monitor would have an IPS screen, matte surround and anti glare coating. Being silent is an absolute must. I don't use my PC for gaming anymore.
