Building a PC for my Bro's Birthday

Hey guys,I've upgraded my PC a lot lately and instead of selling my old parts,I've decided to give him all my old parts,What i'm giving him is a nvidia gtx 660ti 16 gigs of ram quad channel,Venom CPU Cooler,nzxt case and 1TB HDD.
Basically all i need for him is a CPU Motherboard and PSU.
I don't care weather it's AMD or Intel based,I have a budget of £200-220 max.
Any help would be much appreciated thanks guys!
