Well for a start, EA Mythic still hold the DaoC name, and it's still in use. So no, Mark Jacobs isn't doing DaoC 2. Not without a huge lawsuit anyway.

Those vids look more like a kind of modern day Secret World or Shadowrun thing anyway, from the very sparse details given.

This is funny i was talking to a friend about how good DAOC 2 would be if made last night with good advertisement....really hope that is as i would pay a lot of cash for it, it was that good.

I really really hope that is DAOC 2 in teaser! fed up of less promising mmorpgs compared.

imo dark age of camelot was the best mmorpg iv played to this day i really enjoyed it i truely hope it is DAOC 2 we will soon find out when the 750 hits on facebook what it is if its daoc 2 im going to be pumped

It won't be DAoC 2 but it will certainly have all the elements of DAoC.

I read the original Article on joystiq website just after Christmas, and got all excited that it might just be another Daoc.

Now I'm really excited that we may finally get a successor to Daoc 2.

I miss Daoc, and like many others would jump to it quite quickly if it went FTP....can dream.

Kinda hard to get my head round, I'm used to the modern mmo conventions like a onscreen radar and quest helper.

Could you help me out ingame? Or show me a guide that will help me out?
