Single occupancy?
Asian family of 15 living there?

Some of the stuff will also be based on location, as it will be different council tax and insurance etc etc.

Water meter or rates?

As a single guy in a one bed flat Southern water have just stuck mine up to £546 per annum.

Rates are done on rateable value so might be worth looking at. The skank artists refuse to fit a meter too.

Ouch! On a meter, 2 of us in a 1-bed in London is only around £200 a year!

4 bed detached as a 1st house with a 650 mortgage. This has to be up North

Property is up for £185k and its the midlands

I have a 50k deposit ;)

Oh and yes its single occupancy for now amended council tax rate

I argued saying it was ludicrous and they sent a cowboy plumber round to fit a meter. He couldn't find the stop tap and even when I showed him he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't have time. I refused to pay so now I have debt collectors on my back. It's a total skank.

Buildings and contents insurance. £35 ish for both on ours. THough entirely depends on what you own etc.

I think our water bill is about £70 per 6 months, same again for sewage. Electricity about £30 a month, same with gas. We have a 4 bed detached too, just two of us in it.

Nice looking house :)
Doesn't look that big for a 4 bed, that's the worst thing about newer estates :(

Looks like a lovely property, best of luck. Reasonable price given what can be seen from that photo and midlands as location.
