Although not confirmed just yet it looks like i will be up there with my sponsor so pop across to my stand for more free samples ;) It's also a chance to meet up with fellow OCUK gym buddies

I've got a full weekend ticket this year, yeah buddy!

Can't wait, it's one of the highlights of the year
 
I'll be there. Just waiting for my mate to see which days he's working over the weekend before we can sort the tickets out.
Had a leak in the urinal next to Kai Greene last year haha!

Tickets never sell out :p

You can buy them on the day. Friday tickets maybe, and supertheatre, but day tickets will always be available

Apparently not this year, speaking with the organisers this year they are looking at reaching capcity for the floor space - health and saftey etc.

Not sure if they wll expand on the halls or will halt sales upon 40,000 being reached.
 
They said exactly the same last year, I remember on their twitter and FB page it was a sell out and exceeded capacity, yet they'd conveniently found more tickets to sell, and were selling them all day Saturday and Sunday while I was there :p

Not saying you're wrong, but it's all marketing. You tell people tickets are running out, you create more demand
 
ill be there on the saturday. Wish i had VIP tickets but my brother got me mine for christmas. Wont be missing out on too much non VIP will i?
 
I got 90% of my samples (about 3 whole bags full) during the VIP hour last year, as after everyone gets in, the queues are just too much to bother with for a couple of samples. So it depends, if you're going for the samples, then yes, you'll miss out, but if you're going just to be there and see all the cool stuff, then no, you'll be fine

This year is a little different as it looks like ill be working up there, sponsor stuff, stands and some shoots.

You went on a Friday and you only got that?! :eek:

Are they pretty stingy on the Friday then? I was going to go this year on the Friday just for the samples as I assumed there would be a lot less queues, but I got more than that on the Saturday last year and it's a better atmosphere because of it being busier
 
Friday is essentially a preview day its kind of pointless as 90% of the stalls are not even setup its more of a networking day.

Its for wholesale to talk to buyers essentially just BP have tried to make some more £ from visitors. I was bored after 30 minutes but had to hang around as i had a shoot in the evening up there.
 
A mate of mine Max O'Connor will likely be there too, he's been working with USN recently. Really nice guy if you get a chance to speak to him, ****in' massive too these days! (Mr UK now I believe).
 
So... who's going? It's on from this Friday to Sunday it would be nice to catch up with any guys attending?

I will be on stand #G69 with my sponsor Skinny Chimp Friday and Sunday.

I will do a post after the show as this year as an attending model I have managed to bag the hospitality suite to get food and drink served all day :D I just want to see the qty of food the big guys eat such as Jay, Kai and Phil as they are all in offseason.
 
Im their Saturday with my girlfriend, looking forward to it my first time to any kind of body expo, regarding free stuff, how do you get them? just walk up to the stalls and pick them up? or do you have to ask? would feel a little cheeky asking! Setting off around half 7 in the morning for the near 2 hour drive, hoping to get their early to get good parking, and then have breakfast while we wait for entry! Looking online seems day tickets vip and standard for saturday are sold out, im sure you can buy them on the day though for a premium
