- Cheaper RAM (only slightly but still)
- 3570k instead of a 3450
- Added mesh stripes and front logo

EDIT: Oh and no fans as well. I'd just go with the gaming case Idleman suggested, otherwise you'd have to spend a fair bit on fans too. Unless of course you really want the window.
 
If it was me I would rather have a 'K' chip so you have the option of overclocking (with an aftermarket cooler) further down the line. The 7850 card is still a great card for casual gaming.
