So I'm installing a D5 pump, I've hooked up the molex and now I have a remaining 3pin fan-like connector from the pump ... that I was thinking based on the incredibly small amount of information I could find (no information at all came with the pump), that I'd hook it into the 4pin CPU fan header on the board to get an RPM readout from the pump in the Bios ...
... is this what it's there for, or have I misunderstood? I'm a little cautious because I just read elsewhere that someone was claiming this could overload the fan connector on the board ... :/
