My mixer shower has broken so I need a new one. Here's a picture of the current one:

Not sure the make and model of it and I don't know what bar it pushed water out. My boiler is a Worcester Junior 24i and looking on the boiler itself the pressure gauge is on 1.5 bar out of a total of 4. So shall I get a mixer that can pump out at 1.5 bar?

Mira.

You wont need to replace the shower if it ever goes knackered as you can buy replacement cartridges for them.

That pressure on your boiler is for central heating not water supply

I'll have to find another shower, that one has 153mm gap between the centre pipes I need 150mm. Shame since it has everything I needed too :(

Did they measure centre to centre.

I wouldn't trust B&Q but they may have it right

Do you have any flex in the pipes at home

Yes centre to centre. No flex at all, the pipes come straight out of the tiles. I'm looking for 150mm version of the above mixer.

Finally found a shower that would fit. Petty much all mixers are 150mm center to center. However the width of the pipe hole is only 15mm on my mixer, but all showers now have 22mm width holes.

So I had to trawl around shops looking for a shower that had 15mm connections, finally found one at B&Q: Mira EV for £110. It comes with Z connectors that convert from 15mm to 22mm. Was easy to install and works a charm, looks good too.
