is the 7950 worth getting over a 7850?

Their PSU's are different since it's not really XFX.
E-tailer support is always key, but XFX just seem shoddy for GPU's.

Ah, I know their PSU's are Seasonic OEM, but I assume XFX still handle the RMA process, is their PSU department better than their GPU department in that regard?

7850 to 7950 is worth it, 7950 to 7970 is not worth the price increase- 5% performance increase clock for clock for around 30% more in price.
