So my 3 year old 650TX developed a fault on the 24pin atx. The casing on the 4pin started to melt but fortunately I spotted it before any damage was done to the mobo.

I contacted them through RMA and they approved it within 24 hours. The bad news was that I had to pay for the return to the nearest depot, which is in the Netherlands!

A skype call to Corsair HQ in Calafornia this evening and they've picked up the cost of the postage.

What a great service considering the PSU was purchased in 2010.

Happy!

They sent me a replacement fitting for my h100i FOC and I received it two days later, it came from Hong Kong via Holland.....very quick and good service.

I read something about posting on their forums and they sort out the pick-up so you don't have to pay for postage to NL :p

I'll try it when I send back my knackered tx750

They took my details and told me to contact UPS within 48 hours. Rang UPS after I'd put the phone down on Corsair and what d'ya know. Arranged next day pick up, carriage paid :)

Hi again, managed to ring up Corsair yesterday they told me the same but after contacting UPS today they need some form of confirmation such as prepaid label, what info did you give them?

Of course I'll contact Corsair this evening when they're open but might as well try get something sorted before :p

Thats what you want in a company :) On a side note the guys who make madcatz and tritton, THEE most terrible customer service and after care i've ever came across.
