Really sucks all high end phone quality seems questionable these days.

Tom so when i downloaded the multi touch app, it registered 10 & I left it at that. Did yours simply not register more than 3 touches?
do you think you'll get another one (620)?
It's £150, it's a lot of money for something not to be right! I guess we all have different opinions on what high end is.
Mine didn't register more than 3 and it struggled with 2. I doubt I'll be getting another one. I'm staying away from smartphones tbh, to many issues, especially for someone as anal as me.

Whatever way you look at it, it isn't really high end.
Smartphones typically range from £100 to £600, it's very much low end (price wise). Spec wise I'd say it's fairly mid-range.
Just a bit crazy how things like this can slip through the net. Seriously, don't they have any QC/software testers?

Funnily enough it's part of my job, but I don't test for that. I test different things entirely.

I've been adding music from CD onto the 620, but I found the album art did not always appear. I found a way round it if you sync it using Media Player.
Does anyone know if theres a way round this, just seems a bit long winded to me just to get art to appear?
(I am using the Windows Music thats preinstalled).

Just a quick one, O2 are selling the 620 with a choice of free second cover tomorrow (13th) without contract for £119 down from £149. Apparently it was the most "liked" phone on their Facebook page asking which phone to do a Valentines day deal on.

I'm really considering this one as a secondary phone, my Note2 is great but there are certain times you have to travel light (Gym, Running, Nightclubbing) and this is looking like a good little phone for them occasions. Not to expensive to stress out if lost or damaged and not to cheap so that it's just a piece of garbage. I'm thinking why not give Windows Phone 8 ago
