Just had a case delivered and the box looked as though it had been kicked to Glasgow and back. not surprisingly the case inside was damaged. Whats worse I cannot get an advance replacement because the case is out of stock.
I was struck by the customer service guy who said that this problem is not uncommon.
So back it goes and fortunately I have one sourced elsewhere and being delivered tomorrow,hopefully in one piece.
Anyone else have a similar problem with damaged packages from this company?
