time for a new PC £500-600 price range

Right my old pc is playing up and its getting on in years now so its time for a new one rather than spend on it. Looking to spend £600 max on a build, will be playing games on it like flight sims, F1 racing, Hitman stuff like that really. Lets see what you guys can come up with :D

looking to buy just the case/system as i have the other stuff-monitor and keyboard/mouse

thanks for the list so far. would i be able to afford a i7 system? and would they be much advantange

Gigabyte are a better company than HIS, hence the change from Zak's build.
An i7 wouldn't be possible, and would be no advantage in gaming terms. You're looking at a few more FPS at most (if that) with a i7 compared to a i5, as hyperthreading does absolutely nothing in games.

yes if you cut down a few things to B grade, but also you loose the 2gb card so no not really worth it tbh
