I think it would be amazing if the asteroid could be captured into a stable orbit so we could study it.

Yeah the trails looked really close, but it was in excess of 7 miles away so at least half a minute give or take for the sound to travel. (obviously from a selection of a few vids that have it

)
Hate to say it though but it sounded awesome with all the smaller pieces breaking up and making those other booms.
