Got to agree, find it funny its even compared to 352 cos Ive never seen anyone change to 352 when winning ;). Anyone that uses it, just isnt good enough not to need that many defenders, why else justify using it? Its not like its fun to use and only used for counter attack goals - its all a bit embarrasing really, wins seem to mean so much that the actual fun involved in playing a game is reduced...

Against 5 at the back? I think you're lying, sir. It's not hard to beat bad players using 5 at the back, obviously, but anyone remotely competent it's just extremely difficult to break down because even if they run one CB wildly out of position the others just cover it anyway and that's how you score 90% of goals on Fifa.

So in essence you mean any formation with 3 at the back? The wing backs aren't full backs so they're never really back in a defensive formation anyway (unless you choose one with low/high maybe), I'm sure as hell always defending with 3 and not 5, I'm always attacking with 7 players, the wing backs are just beastly.

The CF's just have so much freedom that's why I prefer this over the three up top.

It's pointless trying to explain, it suits my play style, I'm an all out attack guy, even with 4 at the back and four in midfield I'll try to get it to the attackers ASAP. I don't use it to be any better off defensively. I'm bored defending the formation as I am hearing moaning about it. If you can't beat it, get better :p

I haven't played you with it; when I complain about the formation in general, I am complaining about 95% of the morons who immediately switch to ultra defensive making the game, inevitably, significantly more dull for me. This is gonna sound arrogant but I'm hardly complaining because I lose to it, you and I both know that, it just makes winning all the more boring. In a game where winning already feels pretty hollow, that's not great.

Anyone used any of the UPs? The UP Sandro looks very tasty considering his normal card was a very good CDM anyway.

CFs in general are awesome against pretty much every formation. They just have so much space between the midfield and defence of the opposition. The most defensively solid formation in my opinion is 4-1-2-1-2 especially if you are using a CDM with high defensive workrates and medium LM and RMs. I haven't used 5 at the back this year but I played with it last year for a bit and it was so dire going forwards, not enjoyable at all. De Ceglie - Chiellini - Rannochia - Ogbonna - Abate was pretty epic defensively though. :D

Yeah that's the main reason I used 4231 tbh; the CF is impossible to mark because he's just in front of the CBs and so naturally drags one of them out. This makes it much easier to 1-2 starting from that CF and why I used my quicker striker, Reus, there.

Forgot to put Pirlo on the bench of the fitness team, he played 6 matches without a rest and got his fitness "down" to 91, and people say Fifa isn't realistic :D

De Ceglie LB, helps to have a M/M LB so they don't go swanning off and you don't get caught as easily on the counter.

I originally went too but it said he was H/M so thats why I went for higher pace. Thanks though, thinking about setting it up midweek to rotate with my BPL one too,

I want to try a Ibra, Messi partnership. Hmmm

imo if you're staying 5-2-1-2 Messi could be a MUCH better CF!

I know I'm wasting my time and you won't touch it with a barge pole, nevertheless, i give you..

Menez :D

Yeah I won't be doing it for ages, Messi I'm not touching until under 1m and I'm selling all my coins as I'm not on as much (what I do every year :p)
