If I'm playing another 4321 I'll switch to 433 and bring on Cavani over Balotelli and whop some crosses in for him for the 2nd half!
What custom tactics are you using Adsta? Custom tactics stick but formations don't iirc?
I played a guy the other day who says I'm crap because I scored 4 headers! Two from corners D.Luiz and 2 in open play with Torres in a 4-3-3. He beat me 5-4 with 2 lame penalty decisions but yeah I need to learn how to play football because people never score headers in a game
I'm using 4-3-3 tatics so the tatics is to whip the ball in. Also called me sweaty for having Hazard, Torres and Ben Arfa up front. My mids were Dembele, Toure and Tiote. His team were the usual Italian forwards of Micolli and natale

I've said it before and I'll say it again, 4-3-2-1 is definitely not terrible! Both Ribery and Robben pull wide when I play, though that's not really where I want them (especially as Reus isn't much good when it comes to headers). That being said, I seem to like quite narrow formations now, as my other main formation is 4-3-1-2, which is even more narrow again!
Seems like an age since I wouldn't use anything except 4-1-2-1-2, as I always loved wingers, yet wanted someone just behind the front two. I still really enjoy the formation, but I think I prefer the others a bit more now.

I don't know the exact numbers off the top of my head (I can find out though if your interested) But I have 3 I generally use, One which is narrow play, one that is wide play and then 1 which I start off which is like a casual mix (slightly slower safer play) Where as the other two are more aggressive. But yea the custom tactics stick unless you change to another tactic of course
Seriously love the Ribery - Reus - Robben front 3 though. Played about 4 games and Ribery was worth every single coin. 4 games 4 MOTM
I'm also really surprised by Martinez as well. He is a solid center CM. He scored a random header from a corner
That game was so fun, the guy I played just kept knocking long through balls to his Torres and Hernández. He scored the first two goals. I thought seriously ok I can play that game. Next thing you know 8 goals win he even tried playing keep away after I scored my first goal, I don't think he quite realized how fast Ribery is one nice interception and boom goal. After that I just beat the hell out of him lol.

Playing Ultimate Team against someone who had the Man U Team with Brendan Rodgers as the manager Went 3-0 down before HT, brought it back to 3-3 and on the 90th minute Falcao has a goal disallowed for offside when the player was about a yard onside ... Thanks EA for screwing up my evening ... This was to win division one with one game left, brb going to break my disk. (Btw Benzema is OP in my La Liga team)

Sure, if you'd like to share the custom tactic would be nice to see, 4321 is working well atm, but trying to squeeze some more out of it would be nice, just wish I could keep everything on balanced but keep the fullbacks back more without going on defensive.

It annoying that every pacey full back seems to have high attacking work rates. I think someone at EA has been listening to stan collymore bang on about the flying wing back
Still in a state of shock and disbelief this morning!
I'd never won the hardest difficulty offline league and thought I'd give it a go last night - managed to get to the final game dropping just 2 points meaning that I needed a win to take the title......
Went 1-0 up in the first half with a thunderbolt from IF Walcott and then just couldn't break them down to get a 2nd.
Time ticks on and with about 10 minutes to go I decide that I'm not going to get get a 2nd so will play a bit of keep-ball, which goes swimmingly until an inexplicable pass from Toure goes straight to their striker in the 90th minute and, you guessed it, he tucks it past Lloris to ruin my season......or so I thought!
Went to take the kick off, still half laughing, half crying and promptly went up the other end a Suarez nodded in the winner in injury time!
I've been screwed over by this game countless times in the past but this is the first time it's gone for me in such a decisive way!!!!!

Yeah, a SIF ST Reus would be beastly between Robben and Ribery.
Has anyone built a team around a tall target man rather than the sweaty forwards we normally all use? I was just thinking that most of the quicker CBs that most people use are fairly small compared to the bigger but slower CBs. Rather than trying to outpace them, I was wondering whether getting a tall target man (or two) and using proper wingers to get loads of crosses in the box would pay off or not.
