i wasn't browsing at the time i toke those netstat

and odd thing is that i cannot click my firewall.

I have no idea what any of that means but it's far more likely that you have some sort of virus than being hacked, if it's anything at all.

Get scanning :)
 
Is that your IP your posting on a forum?

As above i'd disconnect the internet connection and make sure your pc is clean firstly
 
thank you guys i left the torrent in the backround, becouse i stop it from the startup, it stayed in the backround, and i dint know it was there.
