HD 4000 Overclock

I have the same mobo as you. I've had a quick look at the manual : go into the bios, and look for 'advanced frequency settings', then 'internal graphics clock'. It says that the adjustable clock is between 400mhz and 3200mhz. I've not tried it before, so I'd recommend going up in small increments.

Actually I recalled seeing a review saying the HD4000 can hit 1350MHz, so I'd start from there.

Worst comes to worst you is your would crash or get artifacts if the graphic overclock is unstable...at that point, just lower the overclock.

Just play a game on it...

Mine can hit 1375mhz b4 it craps out... Very capable little igpu. Could play far cry 3 at 1080p on low with OK frame rates

If it's for Photoshop then there's not really much use in overclocking it.

I don't even think OpenCL is supported properly on the HD 4000 either, so you're probably better off buying a low end AMD/Nvidia GPU if you want to accelerate your work.
