hi guys took a car in as the brakes where grinding. They replaced the rear discs and pads and all seems well. drove the car about ten minutes and when i dont break the car pulls to the left above 5mph. its strange, could the garage have caused this or is has it just happened over time?

Sounds like the tracking went out of line when they were doing the brakes. Just take it back to them and get them to fix it.

Only issue is, if the garage is a bunch of cowboys, they might charge you for that.

One would suggest that the left hand brakes are now dragging!! Drive up the road, try not to use the brakes too much, stop gently where it is safe to do so then get out and feel each of the rear disc brakes. If the left hand one is noticeably hotter than the right hand one, take it back and fire some abuse at them.

how would the tracking be affected after a front pad and disc change?

More to the point how would the tracking be out after having the rear brakes done, which is what the op said lol
