hi has anyone used the avexir mpower i am looking to buy a new kit and 32gb running at 2666mhz would be very nice

hi Nickolp1974 thanks for your reply the system i want it to go in is a i7 3960x on a Asus P9X79 PRO Intel X79 but if it is worth its cost i would also put it on my amd rig

From what i can gather and i maybe be wrong, but most 2011 cpu's will struggle with ram past 2500MHz so i would recomend no more than 2400 as you could well be wasting your money. Maybe worth posting in ask 8pack section as his knowledge on memory is impecable.
And certainly running 32gb is gonna make it even harder to achieve those speeds. I'm currently running some 2133 gskill ripjawsZ clocked at 2400 with fairly tight timings and i'd suggest those, again can clock upto 2500 depending on your cpu's imc, and if they dont you can certainly run them tight. The IMC on the 3960x is good up to around 2500mhz with 16gbs of ram, you would be unlikely to get 32gbs to run at that speed with decent timings.

As the people above say 8 Pack is the man to go to with this.
